Celine is a mother who felt that her three children needed more of what the public school offered in English. Her eldest, aged 14, consistently got poor grades in English, which is why she contacted us.

His other grades were good. The director at Pep carried out a needs analysis in order to identify her goals, interests and learning style.

This step was important, allowing the course to be personalized appropriately and the specificities of this student to be identified, given that a similar method applied everywhere does not work.
