Our approach
Personalization is in our name and is present in everything we do to deliver a high-quality English learning experience.
Our small groups allow us to personalize and engage our students with a focus on their specific needs and learning goals, always adapting to different learning styles to maximize results.
1. Needs analysis phase
A 30-minute individual session is organized with our director in order to carry out a placement test to determine your level, your objectives, your interests, your learning style, your way of integrating a new language as well as your personal learning needs.
Your level : passive and active, both orally and in writing
Your goals : specific, general, professional or academic
Your interests : Course content is tailored to your interests to boost learning and motivation
Your learning style: visual, auditory or kinesthetic, logic/mathematics, linguistics, art/and or music, movement
Your way of integrating a new language : detail-oriented, instinctive or global integration
Your individual learning needs : high potential, atypical intelligence, specific needs.
A report is then prepared and sent to the student or their parents, who can add details, before returning it to us. This document is used by the teacher to personalize learning, always under the supervision of the director who is the eagle eye behind all the programs.
2. The courses
Following this, the director chooses the group with the program best suited to the student.
You are involved in your learning process through an interactive approach, which prioritizes the use of language in a natural way, as close as possible to real-life situations.
When it comes to teaching, one size does not fit all. We have various methods that we adapt according to the needs of the student.
3. Evaluation
We conduct regular assessments using oral and written tests. Official exams are organized on request:
Cambridge: Young Learners
Teenager or adults FCE, CAE, CPE, BEC
IELTS academic or general, Life skills. Aptis
TOEFL, TOEIC, SAT, GMAT verbal, PTE
All exam preparation courses include additional online exercises.
4. Progress report
At the end of each school year, a report is sent to the parents of young students. (children/adolescents)
Progress reports may be requested by the company or advisor for subsidized courses (adults).
The report is a brief outline of the course content as well as your strengths, our observations and areas for work.
5. Feedback
Your feedback is very important to us. Forms are available in the waiting rooms or can be sent by email or filled out directly on our website. You can also leave your testimonial on Facebook or Google.
